Aseptomag® single-seat shut-off valves are used for the controlled opening and closing of pipelines in UltraClean and Aseptic processing plants. Thanks to the compact design, the type AMV is ideal for fractional size applications such as i.e. pilot plants.
A welded stainless steel bellows is used to hermetically seal the product area from outside contamination. This valve type is based on the Aseptomag® sampling valve and can therefore benefit from the modular structure and various options.
Housings for mini valves are available with two or three port connections. The valves are produced with standard butt-weld connections by default. Various aseptic pipe connections are available upon request.
The internal assembly is available with either a stainless steel or PTFE bellow. In the case of the PTFE bellow, the valve seat seal is fully integrated into the bellow part whereas the stainless steel bellow contains a shrunk PTFE seal by default. In addition to this sealing material, valve seat seals made of EPDM are also available.
Mini valves are equipped with a spring-closing / air opening (NC) pneumatic actuator by default. Other options are available upon request.
Due to its solid construction, the clamp enables a pressure stable and safe connection of the main components. The special design with two segments allows a service-friendly handling of the component, even under tight space conditions.
Aseptic mini valves can be equipped with open feedback units M8 or, by using a special adaptor, with a T.VIS® V-1 feedback system.
Higher closing pressures, other materials, higher surface qualities and higher operating temperatures are available upon request.
